A practice founded in 2021 by Architect Sameer, XD Associates (Xtreme Design Associates) is a firm registered with the Government of India under MSME sector.

XD Associates is an amalgamation of core Architectural values along with roots deep into allied fields such as Architectural journalism, graphic designing and construction services.

This firm is the first venture of Architect Sameer, who did his bachelor's in Architecture from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Master's in Building Services from Jamia Millia Islamia University.

 

XD Associates explores design ideation through establishing relationships between design functionality, efficiency and user satisfaction. A design's impact on environment, scale and visual effect on human psyche is also given equal importance here at this startup firm.

 

The firm provides comprehensive Architectural services including MEP Services, Construction GFC drawings, Design, Landscape, Documentation, Graphics, and Estimation all under one umbrella.
